We are hiring a detail oriented Junior Customer Service Representative for our Operations Department.

Our Junior Customer Service Representative will work on several different projects and clients, with the opportunity to provide input on a wide variety of assignments. The objective of our Operations Team is to remove negative content from the internet for our clients. The day-to-day role will also involve client management, customer service, and research with a small sales and billing component.

Details of The Role

  • 40 hours per week from our Burlington office. We will provide training and support.
  • Working with senior members of our Operations Team to fulfill client projects
  • Emphasis on research, data management and creative problem solving
  • Research and well-written emails with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong emphasis on time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.

  • Post-Secondary education an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00/year
